Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I (Phase 1) and Part II (Phase 1) - Expert Consultation: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Hold an intermediate professional title or higher. 3. Have over 10 years of work experience in neurocritical care and enteral nutrition. 4. Voluntarily participate and be able to complete two rounds of the expert Delphi survey. Part I (Phase 2) - Validation of Risk Warning Criteria: 1. Stroke diagnosis meets the relevant criteria outlined in "Key Diagnostic Points for Various Cerebrovascular Diseases". 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years. 3. Diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by head CT or MRI. 4. Score >=3 on the Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS-2002) assessment. 5. Require nasogastric tube feeding. 6. Provide signed informed consent. Part II (Phase 2) - Validation of Risk Management Protocol: 1. Stroke diagnosis meets the relevant criteria outlined in "Key Diagnostic Points for Various Cerebrovascular Diseases". 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years. 3. Diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by head CT or MRI. 4. Score >=3 on the Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS-2002) assessment. 5. Require nasogastric tube feeding. 6. Have not developed enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea. 7. Provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I (Phase 2) - Validation of Risk Warning Criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to enteral nutrition. 2. Patients with pre-existing diarrhea prior to initiating enteral nutrition support. 3. Patients presenting with incontinence-associated dermatitis at admission. 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery. 5. Patients complicated by severe dysfunction of vital organs (e.g., heart, lung, liver, kidney). 6. Patients with malignancies. 7. Female patients who are pregnant, in the puerperium period, or lactating. Part II (Phase 2) - Validation of Risk Management Protocol: 1. Patients with contraindications to enteral nutrition. 2.
