Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational Age (GA): 32weeks 72hours; 4. Informed Consent: Parents or legal guardians are able to understand the study protocol and are willing to participate, providing signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants will be excluded from the study if any of the following criteria are met: 1.Genetic and Congenital Conditions: Presence of confirmed inherited metabolic diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, or severe congenital malformations (especially those impacting neurodevelopmental outcomes). 2.Severe Central Nervous System (CNS) Infections: Including purulent meningitis, viral encephalitis, or other serious CNS infections. 3.Major Neurological Comorbidities: Presence of other conditions that may significantly affect neurodevelopment (e.g., Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy [HIE], Grade III–IV Intraventricular Hemorrhage [IVH], etc.). 4.Lack of Consent: Refusal of parents or legal guardians to sign the informed consent form.
