18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with oral cancer and have undergone flap reconstruction surgery within 3 years prior to enrollment. 2.Aged between 18 and 60 years, literate, and able to communicate effectively, with no documented cognitive impairment. 3.Capable of providing informed consent voluntarily and willing to participate in in-depth qualitative interviews.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unaware of their cancer diagnosis (as determined by their treating physician or through medical record review). 2.Individuals with a history of functional or organic mental disorders that would impair their ability to provide reliable consent or participate in interviews. 3.Patients with comorbid chronic or severe systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled heart failure, end-stage renal disease) that, in the investigator's judgment, would significantly interfere with their participation or the interpretation of their healthcare journey. 4.Individuals with active suicidal ideation or a history of suicide attempts within the past year. 5.Those who decline to participate after the study has been fully explained.
