Hypoxia-sensitive group:Hypobaric hypoxia: Use a Hypobaric chamber to simulate the hypoxia conditions at altitudes 4,000 meters.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 80 healthy men aged 30 to 50 were recruited to participate in the trial. All subjects were residents of the plain, in good health, with a BMI within the normal age range, no family history of genetic diseases or respiratory diseases, and no exposure history to high-altitude areas above 1,500 meters or artificially simulated hypoxic environments within 6 months before the trial. The subjects were clearly informed of the possible discomfort symptoms caused by the low-oxygen environment at 4,000 meters and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those over 50 years old, with abnormal heart and lung function, anemia, claustrophobia syndrome and a tendency towards it.
