Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary glomerular diseases; 2. Received medium to high-dose glucocorticoid (GC) treatment for the first time or resumed medium to high-dose GC treatment (such as prednisone >= 0.5mg/kg/d) after a 3-month break; 3. Complete medical records; 4. Signed the informed consent form (for the prospective study population).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of hormones and/or immunosuppressants within 3 months prior to enrollment; 2.Allergy to glucocorticoids; 3.Uncontrolled active infection; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Uncontrolled severe diabetes or psychiatric disorders; 6.Incomplete medical records.
