Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 14 and 60; 2.No antidepressant treatment history; 3.No previous history of upper respiratory tract diseases; 4.Participants and my immediate family members have no history of other mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.), and can complete the questionnaire and related examinations. 5.No history of systemic diseases, such as thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, hypertension, tumors, not in lactation, pregnancy. 6.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2.previous history of upper respiratory tract diseases; 3.Antidepressant medications were administered within the past 3 months; 4.Antibiotics were administered within the past 1 month; 5.history of systemic diseases; 6.Unable or refusing to complete the questionnaire and related examinations; 7.Lost to follow-up or refusal to cooperate;
