Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy; full-term pregnancy (gestational age>= 37 weeks); 3. Planned elective cesarean section at this hospital under neuraxial anesthesia (spinal or combined spinal-epidural); 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; 5. Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index (BMI) > 40 kg/m², or weight 100 kg; height 180 cm; 2. Known bleeding or coagulation disorders, or a history of excessive bleeding/easy bruising suggesting coagulopathy; 3. Hypertensive disorders during pregnancy; 4. Currently using anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications; 5. In active labor or requiring emergency cesarean section; 6. Perinatal severe hemorrhage; 7. Known cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 8. Known or suspected severe fetal abnormalities or fetal impairment; 9. Refusal to participate in the study or inability to provide informed consent due to language or communication barriers.
