Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18–75 years old. 2.Diagnosed through clinical and laryngeal examination as unilateral vocal cord paralysis, with a duration of the condition exceeding 6 months (conservative treatment ineffective). 3.There is a persistent, noticeable voice impairment, and the patient has a strong desire for improvement. 4.The width of the vocal cord fissure is consistent with indications for surgical intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral vocal cord paralysis; 2.History of previous laryngeal surgery, radiotherapy, or structural abnormalities due to trauma; 3.With severe cardiopulmonary disease, coagulation disorders and other surgical contraindications; 4.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5.There is cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate in completing follow-up assessments.
