Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Patients planning to undergo elective thoracoscopic surgery at Yancheng Third People’s Hospital; 3. ASA grade I–III; 4. Able to understand the study content and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 5. Able to cooperate with postoperative pain assessment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals allergic to local anesthetics or related drugs; 2. Those with coagulation disorders or infections at the puncture site; 3. Severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 4. A history of chronic pain syndrome or long-term use of analgesic medications; 5. Individuals unable to complete follow-up or with poor compliance.
