HFNC Group(H Group):Oxygen therapy via a high-flow nasal cannula system after laparoscopic total hysterectomy
Conventional Oxygen Mask Group (Group C):Received oxygen therapy with a conventional oxygen mask after laparoscopic total hysterectomy

Age
60 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 74 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ? to ?; 3. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia; 4. Provided informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative presence of severe cardiopulmonary diseases such as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe asthma, and heart failure; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m²; 3. Confirmed or suspected history of neuromuscular disease or diaphragmatic paralysis; 4. Anatomical abnormalities of the face or nasal cavity precluding tolerance of HFNC or oxygen mask inhalation; 5. Emergency surgery; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in the trial; 7. Patients at risk of hypoxemia after implementation of lung-protective ventilation strategy; 8. Length of stay in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) exceeding 2 hours; 9. A history of cardiothoracic surgery; 10. Surgical duration exceeding 3 hours.
