Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10), meeting the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in ICD-10. 2. Age: 18 to 55 years old; 3. Hospital stay > 3 months, currently in the recovery phase; 4. Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) positive symptom score < 14 points, with self-awareness item score < 3 points; 5. Elementary school graduation or higher education level; patients must possess reading and comprehension abilities, be able to communicate effectively, and cooperate to complete surveys independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy or the perinatal period; 2. Accompanied by substance dependence; 3. Suffering from other conditions that may cause intense stigma (such as various physical illnesses or disabilities); 4. Unable to complete the visits and inspections required for the research.
