18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with histopathologically confirmed hematologic malignancies; (2) Meeting the WHO diagnostic criteria for the myelosuppression phase; (3) Platelet count (PLT) between 20×10?/L and <50×10?/L, or hemoglobin (HB) between 60 g/L and <90 g/L, or white blood cell count (WBC) between 1×10?/L and <4×10?/L; (4) Patients prescribed bed rest by medical order; (5) Aged 18 to 70 years, regardless of gender; (6) Conscious and able to actively cooperate; (7) No limb dysfunction, unrestricted mobility, and no significant history of trauma; (8) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 70 years; (2) History or presence of bleeding tendency; (3) Platelet count (PLT) < 20×10?/L, hemoglobin (HB) < 60 g/L, or white blood cell count (WBC) < 1×10?/L; (4) Limb dysfunction or restricted mobility; (5) Severe debilitation or critical illness unsuitable for physical activity; (6) Comorbid conditions such as pneumonia, pressure injury, symptomatic thrombosis, or other major medical conditions; (7) History of psychological or psychiatric disorders or other relevant diseases; (8) Presence of cognitive impairment.
