Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The Global Score of photoaging (GSP) was used to evaluate photodamage and the standardized rating of pores was used to evaluate pore size. Patients with baseline GSP > 2 points and facial pores rating > 3 grade were included; 2.Age >= 18 and <45 years old; 3.Be able to understand the study and voluntarily provide written informed consent; 4.Be able to complete the treatment and follow-up as required;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women; 2.Topical or full-face treatments, laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, filler injections, or facial plastic surgery for photoaging or enlarged pores within the past 6 months; 3.Patients with contraindications to laser therapy, such as those with photosensitive diseases, cutaneous malignancies, or those with oral retinoic acid; 4.Patients with facial infectious or inflammatory disease; 5.Patients with a tendency to keloid formation; 6.Patients with a current or past history of herpes simplex; 7.Severe systemic disease and mental illness;
