Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years; 2. Patients with ventricular arrhythmias confirmed to originate from the posterior superior process of the left ventricle (PSP-LV) through previous intracardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation; 3. At least one antiarrhythmic drug has been ineffective, and symptoms repeatedly recur.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously underwent catheter ablation treatment; 2. Has severe structural heart disease, including moderate to severe valvular heart disease, HCM, DCM, etc.; 3. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients who cannot undergo radiofrequency ablation for various reasons.
