Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA class I–?; 3. Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under Intravenous Inhalation Combined with general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI 35 kg/m^2; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. History of motion sickness; 4. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 7. Antiemetic drugs were used 72h before operation; 8. Received chemotherapy two weeks before surgery; 9. The operation time was less than 1h.
