Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-85 years old; 2.Post-stroke stage (with onset time of >= 3 months). 3.The length from the MCP joint of the index finger to the fingertip is greater than or equal to 8 cm - 10 cm, and the length from the CMC joint of the thumb to the fingertip is greater than or equal to 9 cm - 11 cm. 4.There is obvious dysfunction of the wrist and hand, manifested as: limited movement of the wrist joint / the MCP joint of the index finger and/or the CMC joint of the thumb; decreased ability to perform grasping and manipulation tasks. 5.The consciousness is clear and the individual is able to cooperate in completing the experiment and undergoing the assessment. 6.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are severe structural injuries or deformities in the upper limb's wrist and hand area. 2.Influence on upper limb function due to other neurological disorders combined together; 3.There is severe dysfunction of the heart and lungs, and they are unable to tolerate wearing the exoskeleton. 4.Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding; 5.The researchers considered other circumstances that were not suitable for participation in this study.
