Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Toddlers aged 1–3 years. 2.Toddlers who have been clinically diagnosed with at least one type of food allergy (e.g., cow’s milk protein, egg, peanut, etc.) for at least 3 months. 3.Toddlers who receive treatment or regular follow-up at the Allergy and Immunology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. 4.Primary caregivers aged = 18 years who are responsible for the toddler’s daily care and health management and are able to answer the questionnaires; 5.Primary caregivers who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide written informed consent after being fully informed of the study purpose and procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Toddlers with chronic diseases or conditions that could independently affect physical growth outcomes, such as congenital heart disease, chronic kidney disease, or endocrine disorders (e.g., congenital hypothyroidism). 2.Primary caregivers have no mental health problems, which might affect answering questionnaires.
