Interventions

Control group:The patient directly enters the operating room for induced tracheal intubation.
Observation Group:The patient first actively kept warm in the anesthesia preparation room for 30 minutes (the warming blanket machine is set to 38°C).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years old. 2.Scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia. 3.ASA classification: Grade II-III 4.Sign the informed consent form indicating normal cognitive function before surgery (MMSE score >= 24) 5.Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Use of sedatives or antipsychotic drugs before surgery; 3. Coagulation disorders or intraoperative blood loss >500ml; 4. Refusal to participate in the study; 5. Serious adverse events.
