Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 65; 2.Undergo general anesthesia; 3.Undergo mechanical ventilation; 4.The estimated duration of the surgery is greater than 30 minutes; 5.Obtain informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Was the patient's current surgery one of the following types: Neurosurgery involving craniotomy or spinal cord surgery; Emergency critical surgery; Outpatient or day surgery; Interventional surgery. 2.Does the patient have any of the following conditions prior to surgery: acute respiratory infection within 7 days before surgery; prior to surgery, the patient has undergone ECMO/tracheostomy; repeat surgery within 30 days after surgery. 3.The patient exhibits cognitive impairment following surgery.
