Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients (>=18 years) with acute ischemic stroke due to anterior circulation large vessel occlusion, defined as occlusion of the intracranial internal carotid artery (ICA), M1 segment, or proximal M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery. 2.Endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) performed according to current guideline-based indications, including: within 6 hours from symptom onset, or within 6–16 hours for selected patients demonstrating substantial ischemic mismatch or penumbral tissue on CT perfusion/MR perfusion, consistent with DAWN/DEFUSE 3 criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients without successful reperfusion(TICI =3. 3.Unanalyzable or poor-quality DSA imaging. 4.Absence of postoperative neuroimaging, resulting in unavailable hemorrhagic outcome assessment. 5.Missing 90-day functional outcome data (mRS).
