Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65–85 years; 2.Scheduled for laparoscopic surgery; 3.ASA physical status classification I–III; 4.Underwent general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation during surgery; 5.Complete medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Intraoperative conversion to open surgery; 3.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4.Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 5.Pre-existing difficult airway or anticipated difficult extubation; 6.Admission to ICU during the perioperative period; 7.Missing key data.
