Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First-ever stroke meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular accident and confirmed by computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging; 2.Foot drop is indeed caused by stroke; 3.Patients in the subacute and recovery phases with a disease course ranging from 1 month to 12 months; stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment, and able to cooperate to complete the study; 4.Modified Ashworth Scale score = Grade 2, lower extremity MMT muscle strength = Grade 1, Brunnstrom stage = Stage ?; 5.Ages from 18 to 75 inclusive, regardless of gender; 6.Sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Foot drop caused by other etiologies such as peripheral neuropathy and craniocerebral injury; 2.Conditions such as skull defects, intracranial metallic foreign bodies, and cardiac pacemakers are contraindications for rTMS application; 3.Patients with severe cognitive impairment, severe hemispatial neglect, and inability to cooperate to complete the experiment; 4.Combined severe cardiopulmonary disease and lower limb fracture; 5.Received similar rehabilitation interventions in the past month.
