Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pathologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue, with a clinical stage below cT3N0M0, who are scheduled to undergo tongue–mandible–neck composite resection with soft and hard tissue flap reconstruction. 2.Stable vital signs: no significant systemic infection or severe complications, and able to undergo rehabilitation therapy. 3.Clear consciousness and effective communication ability: able to understand and follow rehabilitation instructions. 4.Age between 18 and 75 years, regardless of sex, with a stable medical condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of central nervous system-related dysphagia, such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, or motor neuron disease. 2.Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that hinder cooperation with treatment or assessment. 3.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or limited mobility, making the patient unsuitable for participation in rehabilitation training. 4.Contraindications to electrical stimulation, including the presence of a cardiac pacemaker, allergy to electrode materials, or dermatological lesions in the neck region. 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
