Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control Group: 1. Have a household registration in Guangxi and have continuously resided there for more than 5 years; 2. Age and gender are clearly defined (based on the birth certificate); 3. In good health, without acute or chronic diseases that affect bone development (such as endocrine disorders, severe malnutrition, congenital heart disease, long-term use of hormones; acute trauma, infection, arthritis, etc.); 4. Have given informed consent and obtained the consent of the guardian. Case Group: 1. Diagnosed as having abnormal growth and development through clinical, laboratory, and imaging examinations; 2. Age between 3 and 14 years old; 3. No systematic drug treatment has been received before enrollment; 4. The children's family members have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Control group: 1. Delayed or accelerated growth and development; 2. Presence of known diseases or medical history that affect bone development; 3. Born prematurely (<37 weeks) or as a low birth weight infant (<2500g), unless the researchers consider that their development has caught up with that of normal children. Case group: 1. No bone age assessment was conducted within one week before and after enrollment; 2. Received relevant drug treatment before enrollment; 3. The ultrasound images were unclear.
