Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged more than 18 years; (2) Ophthalmic Herpes Zoster Neuralgia ; (3) Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain score > 5 on a scale of 0–10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to properly describe the pain to investigators (e.g., language barrier and neuropsychiatric disorders); (2)Preexisting other chronic neuralgia; (3) Puncture contraindications (e.g., coagulopathy, puncture site infection or tumor).
