Elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis who require total knee arthroplasty.

Interventions
Control group :Including preoperative physical preparation, limb functional exercises, management of comorbidities, as well as psychological preparation and family support.
Experimental group :Based on the routine preoperative health education for the control group, a pre-rehabilitation program combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine was implemented.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Diagnosed with KOA according to the above diagnostic criteria and scheduled for unilateral TKA surgery; 3. First-time TKA patient; 4. Possesses normal communication skills and can use a smartphone independently or with assistance from family members; 5. Willing to participate and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases that preclude prehabilitation exercise; 2. Conditions such as cerebral infarction, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, etc., that cause muscle weakness and restrict prehabilitation exercise; 3. History of previous lower limb surgery; 4. History of knee surgery within the past 6 months; 5. Severe liver or kidney diseases that contraindicate a high-protein diet; 6. Allergy to eggs or milk.
