Experimental group :Fluid administration protocol guided by IVC-CI: If IVC-CI > 40%: Administer a 3 ml/kg bolus over 5-10 minutes. Re-measure IVC-CI 5 minutes after completion of the fluid bolus. If I

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1,Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2.Age >= 65 years; 3.Scheduled for elective painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 4.ASA physical status classification II-III; 5.Preoperative fasting for >= 8 hours and clear fluid restriction for >= 4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III–IV); 2.Anticipated difficult airway; 3.Gastrointestinal obstruction, delayed gastric emptying, or high risk of reflux; 4.Communication disorders or dementia; 5.Inadequate bowel preparation; 6.Inability to obtain a clear ultrasonographic view of the inferior vena cava; 7.Current participation in another interventional clinical trial.
