Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients underwent preoperative MRI examination, with sequences including at least axial T1-weighted imaging (T1WI) using turbo spin echo (TSE), axial fat-saturated (FS) T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), and axial diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI); 2. All patients completed transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy (including 12-core systematic biopsy and/or targeted biopsy); 3. None of the patients received any prostate treatment or pelvic radiotherapy prior to the MRI examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor MRI image quality, which affects the anatomical segmentation and measurement of the prostate peripheral zone, or lesions with a diameter of less than 5 mm that are difficult to measure; 2.Prostate peripheral zone lesions with a PI-RADS (v2.1) score of < 3; 3. The interval between MRI examination and biopsy exceeds 1 month, or there is no PSA data, or the interval between PSA examination and prostate MRI exceeds 1 week; 4.Inconsistent MRI equipment or parameters used for the examination.
