Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. The chief complaint includes insomnia problems; B. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia disorder in DSM-5; C. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7 points; D. Age 18 to 65 years old, with a junior high school education or above; E. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Those with severe physical diseases or severe mental disorders; B. Mini's total score in the suicide module is less than 6 points. C. Clinically diagnosed or suspected of having sleep breathing disorders, restless legs syndrome, and sleep-wake rhythm disorders, as well as shift workers on compensatory leave; D. Pregnant and lactating women; E. Those who are currently undergoing psychotherapy.
