Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 65 years. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I or II. 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 28 kg/m². 4.Scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under endotracheal general anesthesia. 5.Capable of comprehending the study protocol and voluntarily providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diaphragmatic dysfunction or neuromuscular disorders. 2.Thoracic deformity. 3.Conditions including pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis, pleural effusion, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), or history of previous pulmonary surgery. 4.Anticipated difficult airway/intubation. 5.Preoperative pulse oximetry (SpO2) reading of < 95% at room air. 6.History of neurological disorders precluding active cooperation or compromising the acquisition of clinical data. 7.Known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to any of the anesthetic agents to be used in the study. 8.Glaucoma. 9.Pregnancy or lactation. 10.Preoperative severe anemia, defined as hemoglobin (Hb) level < 90 g/L..
