65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-80 years; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate; 4. Education level >= 9 years (junior high school or above); 5. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) <= 24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pain score (NRS) >= 4; 2. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 23; 3. Alcohol abuse; 4. Epilepsy; 5. Parkinson's disease; 6. History of cerebrovascular disease; 7. History of stroke; 8. History of craniotomy; 9. Renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance < 60 ml/min); 10. Liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class B or C); 11. Use of opioids, clozapine, olanzapine, or risperidone within 1 month; 12. Use of ketamine, midazolam, or dexmedetomidine within 1 month; 13. Pacemaker implantation; 14. Patients with writing or hearing impairments; 15. Sleep apnea syndrome; 16. Refusal to participate in the study.
