Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage caused by intracranial tumors, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, fistulas, infarctions, or other lesions; 2. Patients with infratentorial hemorrhage; 3. Patients with bilateral fixed and dilated pupils before surgery; 4. Missing clinical data; 5. Patients lost to follow-up.
