Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of malignant solid tumor by pathological or cytological examination. 2.Aged >= 18 years, with no restriction on gender. 3.Clear consciousness and ability to independently complete all questionnaires. 4.Receiving taxane-based chemotherapy for = 2 cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of grade II or higher chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). 2.Patients with nerve compression symptoms caused by brain metastasis or metastasis to other sites. 3.Patients with neurological disorders caused by non-chemotherapeutic factors, such as electrolyte imbalance or other systemic diseases (e.g., severe cervical spondylosis, intervertebral disc compression, diabetes mellitus). 4.Patients with hand-foot skin lesions. 5.Patients with contraindications to taxane drugs.
