Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of AF in the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines (2020) were met. 2. Patients with initial diagnosis of primary AF; 3. Right handed; 4. Understand the content of this study, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Healthy control group: Subjects who meet the screening criteria for healthy individuals, as well as demographic matching criteria (gender, age, education level), are right-handed, and voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A past or current mental or neurological illness; 2. Patients with organic brain lesions or previous brain surgery; 3. People suffering from serious and unstable physical diseases; 4. He had contraindications to MRI examination and could not tolerate prolonged MRI examination.
