5 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 5–8 years; 2.Spherical equivalent (SE) ranging from -3.00 D to +3.00 D, with astigmatism =1.0; 4.Ability to cooperate with all required examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Strabismus (exotropia >= 15 prism diopters [?], esotropia >= 10 ?); 2.History of myopia treatment interventions, including myopia-control functional spectacles, orthokeratology (OK lens), low-dose atropine, repeated low-level red-light (RLRL) therapy, myopia-defocus rigid gas permeable (RGP) lens, or myopia-defocus soft contact lens; 3.Other organic ocular diseases or history of ocular surgery, such as corneal diseases, cataract, glaucoma, fundus lesions, ptosis, microphthalmos, etc.; 4.Intraocular pressure (IOP) > 21 mmHg; 5.Systemic diseases; 6.Psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate with ophthalmic examinations.
