Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed as malignant lung tumor, with TNM stage III-IV; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Able to independently complete the intervention; 4. Patient is aware of their diagnosis; 5. Hospitalization period >= 2 weeks; 6. Informed consent given and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious illnesses; 2. Patients who are unconscious or have mental disorders; 3. Patients with speech, hearing, or comprehension impairments; 4. Patients currently participating in similar studies.
