50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=50 years, diagnosed with osteoporosis (DXA T-score <= -2.5 or history of fragility fracture); 2. At least one bone density test has been performed at our hospital; 3. Patients who are mentally alert and able to cooperate with functional tests such as gait speed and grip strength; 4. Participants voluntarily agree to participate in this clinical study and have signed a written informed consent form; 5. Willing to receive anti-osteoporosis medication treatment; 6. Willing to complete routine clinical examinations, imaging studies, and biochemical tests; 7. Willing to attend long-term outpatient follow-up in our department;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoporosis caused by malignant tumors; 2. Presence of activ. infections, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and active tuberculosis; 3. Other severe systemic diseases that may affect the research results: rheumatoid polymyalgia, polymyositis, and fibromyalgia, etc.
