Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients confirmed by histopathological diagnosis; 2.with complete paraffin-embedded tissue blocks (wax blocks) in hospital pathology archives suitable for tissue microarray construction or recutting, verified by pathologists as having sufficient target tumor area; 3.possessing complete baseline clinicopathological data (e.g., age, gender, TNM stage, grade) and complete follow-up records (including at least key endpoints such as overall survival and disease-free survival); 4.with no prior neoadjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy administered before surgery or biopsy;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Tissue blocks excluded if: tumor cellularity is insufficient upon review (e.g., <10%); 2.severe autolysis, necrosis, or electrocautery artifacts preclude reliable immunohistochemical assessment; 3.core clinicopathological data are incomplete (e.g., undetermined staging) or patients were lost to follow-up; 4.any form of pre-operative anti-tumor therapy (chemotherapy/radiotherapy) was administered;
