Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). Specific diagnostic criteria include: documented asymmetric myocardial hypertrophy (echocardiographic or cardiac MRI measurement of interventricular septal thickness >=15 mm) in the absence of other cardiac conditions sufficient to account for the observed hypertrophy; 3. Voluntary acceptance of the treatment protocols and follow-up procedures proposed in this study, including but not limited to catheter ablation, left atrial appendage occlusion, genetic testing, etc., with full understanding of the treatment procedures, potential risks, and expected outcomes, and providing signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years due to non-cardiovascular causes; 2. Atrial fibrillation secondary to reversible causes (including but not limited to electrolyte disturbances, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, vasovagal reflex, etc.); 3. History of heart transplantation, complex congenital heart disease, or rheumatic heart disease.
