Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years and <=70 years; 2. Physically able to tolerate the examination or procedure; 3. Pathologically confirmed breast cancer patients with high HER2 expression; 4. No recent targeted therapy/radiotherapy/chemotherapy; 5. Patient's hematological, hepatic, and renal function parameters meet the requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients unable to cooperate to complete the examination, such as those with poor self-care ability, severe claustrophobia, or critically ill patients requiring life support; 3. Patients with other conditions unsuitable for this examination; 4. Patients with relevant allergies. 5. Patients planning pregnancy.
