Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 1 month to under 18 years; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children (2023 Edition): Based on community-acquired pneumonia, fulfilling any one of the following: a) Single serum MP antibody titer >=1:160 (particle agglutination method); b) A fourfold or greater increase in MP antibody titer between paired serum samples during the course of illness; c) Positive MP-DNA or RNA; 3. Disease duration within 7 days. Recruit 60 healthy children matched for age and gender as a normal control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of co-infections with viruses, bacteria, chlamydia, or other pathogens; 2. Use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within the 3 months prior to enrollment; 3.Comorbid chromosomal disorders, metabolic diseases, hematologic diseases, neurological disorders, or immune-mediated diseases; 4. Comorbid respiratory conditions such as bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, or other respiratory diseases; 5. History of malignant tumors; 6. Congenital pulmonary hypoplasia or dysfunction of major organs.
