Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male aged 20 to 45 with a steady partner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with congenital reproductive system diseases, varicocele of grade III or above, urinary and reproductive system infections, chromosomal abnormalities, recent use of drugs or hormones that affect sperm, or diagnosed with azoospermia.
