Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 and above; 2.Diagnosed with MCI according to Petersen criteria; 3.Ability to walk independently for more than 5 minutes; 4.Sedentary lifestyle in daily life; 5.Have a family caregiver; 6.Self-reported hearing and visual abilities; 7.Obtain informed consent from patients and family members;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other mental disorders; 2.Have neurological or orthopedic comorbidities that prevent you from safely performing resistance training; 3.Aerobic exercise contraindications; 4.Medication using beta-blockers and/or antipsychotics; 5.Combined with other neurological disorders;
