Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clear history of trauma (blunt or penetrating injury); 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic shock (systolic blood pressure 1.0, or lactate level > 2.0 mmol/L); 4.Hospital admission within 24 hours post-injury; 5.Complete blood count, coagulation profile, and biochemical tests performed upon hospital admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who experienced prehospital cardiac arrest or were dead on arrival (DOA); 2.Severe craniocerebral injury (AIS-Head >= 4, due to the distinct coagulopathy associated with traumatic brain injury); 3.Pre-existing history of hematologic diseases, severe liver disease (affecting the synthesis of albumin/coagulation factors), or chronic kidney disease; 4.Long-term use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, etc.); 5.Time from injury to hospital admission exceeding 24 hours; 6.Unavailability of key data (e.g., albumin (ALB), fibrinogen (FIB), international normalized ratio (INR)).
