Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-14 years; 2. EE-SWAS meets the 2022 diagnostic criteria for epilepsy syndromes set by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE); 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Able to complete tests such as video EEG, rTMS treatment, and neurocognitive development assessment on schedule.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for rTMS stimulation: children with metal implants in the skull, those with a pacemaker, cochlear implants, etc., meaning they cannot be near an electromagnet; 2. Lack of video EEG and neurocognitive development assessment data; 3. Evidence of current infections (such as various types of herpes viruses, HIV, hepatitis viruses, syphilis, etc.); 4. Severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, or bone marrow.
