Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (case group) Aged 18-65 years; Meeting the diagnostic criteria for GD and HT according to the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases"; All patients are newly diagnosed and treatment-naïve (no prior medication or radioiodine therapy). Inclusion criteria (control group) Age- and sex-matched with the case group; Normal thyroid function and thyroid autoantibody tests; No personal or family history of thyroid diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, probiotics/prebiotics within the past month; Comorbid with other autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis), inflammatory bowel disease, or malignant tumors; History of major gastrointestinal surgery; Pregnant or lactating women.
