Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Teeth were intact human permanent teeth obtained for reasons such as orthodontic treatment, periodontal disease, or third molar extraction, with informed consent obtained from all donors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Root cracks, cracks or large area defects visible by naked eyes or under microscope. 2. Previous endodontic treatment (retreatment tooth). 3. When the pulp chamber floor was severely damaged or the root canal orifice was completely calcified and closed, the standard access could not be established. 4. The image quality of Micro-CT scanning was not qualified, and clear three-dimensional reconstruction could not be performed.
