Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) At least one eye diagnosed with primary keratoconus; (2) Age <= 45 years; (3) Agrees to participate in this study. 2. Control group: (1) Both eyes with refractive error greater than -2.0D; (2) No other eye diseases; (3) Age <= 45 years; (4) Agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case Group: (1) At least one eye diagnosed with secondary keratoconus; (2) Accompanied by other systemic genetic syndromes. 2. Control Group: (1) At least one eye with a refractive error of <= -2.0D; (2) Presence of other ocular diseases.
