18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. Planned elective thoracoscopic lung segmentectomy; 3. Requires one-lung ventilation (OLV); 4. ASA classification I-III; 5. BMI 18.5-28.0 kg/m^2; 6. Airway assessment: Mallampati class I-II, mouth opening >= 3 cm, thyromental distance >= 6 cm; 7. Voluntarily participates and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mallampati classification III-IV; 2. Limited cervical spine mobility (flexion/extension <80°); 3. History of neck radiotherapy or surgery; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease (EF <40%, unstable angina); 5. Severe respiratory disease (FEV1 <50% of predicted); 6. Hepatic or renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh B/C, eGFR <30 ml/min); 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 8. Inability to cooperate due to psychiatric disorders; 9. Emergency surgery; 10. Participation in other interventional clinical studies.
