Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 60 years old; 2. Stable weight within the past 3 months (weight change does not exceed 5 kg); 3. According to the BMI classification standards for adult overweight and obesity in China, individuals who meet the criteria of being overweight (24.0 kg/m^2 <= BMI < 27.9 kg/m^2) or obese (28.0 kg/m^2 <= BMI) (for example, with a weight of 70 kg and a height of 1.60 m, the BMI would be 70 / (1.6^2) = 27.3 kg/m^2); 4. Voluntary participants in this weight loss intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with (1) hereditary obesity or drug-induced obesity; (2) organic diseases of the liver, kidneys, lungs, brain, etc.; (3) accompanied by metabolic disorders; 2. (For female volunteers only) Currently in the state of pregnancy or lactation or actively preparing for pregnancy
